Statute & code of ethics

The Banking Association of San Marino is a voluntary, non-profit association that operates in full compliance with the provisions of its recently updated Statute, which has been revised to meet changing needs.

Summary of contents: Constitution, headquarters, objectives and methods of intervention – Members – Bodies (Assembly, Board of Directors, President and Sole Auditor) – Assets – Administration – Technical Commissions – Participations – Duration and termination.

To achieve its institutional objectives, the Association adopted a specific code of ethics in 2010, which was subsequently revised in 2023. All members and the members of the Board of Directors are required to adhere to this code.
