Associated banks

Under the current Statute, banks and parent companies of a banking group registered in the appropriate Registries kept by the Supervisory Authority, branches of foreign banks authorized to operate in the Sammarinese territory, as well as other companies that perform the reserved activities mentioned in Annex I of the Law of November 17, 2005, No. 165 and subsequent amendments, can become members of the Association.
